"storyboard wireframe" (2013)

The Dev team were champing at the bit to get coding, but they were digesting my documentation too slowly. For some, English was their second language. But mostly they were becoming overwhelmed by the kind of classically thorough wireframes I was delivering. Time to get creative: In accordance with the "Pareto Principle," otherwise known as the 80/20 rule, I came up with what I call "Storyboard Wireframes." These illustrated a single User story on one page, using nine "panels" or less. By very simply illustrating the core 20% of the User's experience, we were able to make much greater progress in much less time. The video clip here shows the production code that resulted from this wireframe.
